It’s never too late to start getting healthy, but the earlier you start the longer you could maintain health. There’s a small window to maximise your body’s potential performance, thinking you can worry about getting fit when you’re older or when you start to notice negative changes will only mean you miss a huge opportunity. Make the most of what you have NOW so that you can continue to live instead of just surviving.
