Technique Thursday – Brace for deadlift

Following on from last weeks bracing video focusing on the squat, I think this week we should zoom in on the deadlift and go through the same process. Whether you lift 30kg or 300kg the same basic principles apply. The Deadlift is a hinging movement, the first link is to a video with movement specialist Julian Pineau focusing on the hinge movement the second is to Chris Duffin again on the specifics of the deadlift.
