Tasty Tuesday – cramps

Just a short one today.

Do you find you often get cramps in your toes, calves, back of the legs and arches of the feet? This may be a sign you are deficient in magnesium, calcium and potassium especially if it is a frequent occurrence. Fix this by eating more almonds, hazelnuts, squash, dark leafy greens (kale and spinach), broccoli and apples.
