Tasty Tuesday – hydration

It’s been refreshing having great weather the past week. With good weather comes cold drinks, flavoured, sweetened and added too. Remember to get a good solid base of hydration from plain water. Not lemon water or diluting juice or tea or coffee. Good old plain water! Make sure you’re getting a decent amount in (1ltr) each day then by all means work away with other liquids.
