With the better weather there’s been an increase in our running volume and it can be useful to have a reference to look to when thinking about good running form. It’s one of those movements that gets vastly overlooked but another that I’m very passionate about. Getting better at running really isn’t very hard but it does take time and thought. The one thing I’d ad to this video is about breathing, breathing on every 3rd, 5th or 7th step is going to allow you to breath out on opposite legs each breath, while it might seem like a small thing it can make a big difference to your running and ability to perform work.
