Foundations Friday – Feet

Triple alliteration, I must be feeling fantastic!! Today we’re going to talk about on if the most under look parts of our body which is weird considering it’s the part we stand on. We cram our feet into socks and shoes, crush our toes together, try to fit into those ‘cute’ shoes that are too small and in general abuse our feet. Then we wonder why we have ankle, knee, hip or back pain. A lot of issues in the body can be traced back to our feet. 
Spend more time barefoot (not in socks but fully buff and naked feet). Then try some of these excercises out.
