When Gillian put this goal on the board, she wasn’t able to to do a pull up or a chin up and that’s ok! A lot of people lack the required strength and yet more people just lack the ability to use the strength they have. Gillian followed the 6 week Pull up program we have in the gym and boom, earlier than she expected she got a pull up!
