Wrists and fingers are like ankles and toes. Why is that? Well they have similar anatomy but more importantly we take just as little care of our hands as our feet. Superficial things like taking care of hard skin or decorating/adding nails (don’t get me started) are not what I’m talking about here. Your ability to use your fingers and wrists through a full range of motion allow them to be strong and healthy just like we’ve talked about before with feet.
